Don’t fold it.Do not let grease accumulate due to risk of grease fire.Use mats at low-medium heat settings (300°F – 500°F).To avoid scratching, only use wood, plastic or silicone utensils.Don’t use scratch pad or abrasive brush while cleaning mats.

Start by laying the mat over the grill grates approx 7 inches from the flames. DO NOT place directly on charcoal. Our copper grill mats are also super easy to cut to size so you can use them for any shaped pan, grill and tray.

No need to use any oil, simply place your food on top of the grill mat. When the use time exceeds 30 minutes, the maximum temperature cannot exceed 260F. When used for a short time, the maximum temp cannot exceed 500F.
