- Medium sized smoking chips, for a mild and Mediterranean flavour and scent. Olive pits add a intense note, a touch stronger than the one provided by the wood itself.
- This is the reason that this mix offers great results on fish and red meat like beef or bison, pork, etc. but it’s not as suitable with vegetables.
- Suggestion: combine it with our barbecue seasoning, fire spices. The advisable proportion is 20% fire spices, 80% mix of olive woods and pits.

- Soak a handful Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in fresh water during 30 minutes.
- Wrap the Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips in a piece of aluminum foil, leaving both ends open.
- Place the aluminum foil with the Smokey Olive Wood Smoking Chips on your hot charcoal, lava rocks, or the electric heating of your BBQ, grill or smoker.
- Once the Olive Wood Smoking Chips start emitting smoke, place your grill goods on the grill.
