How To Use Your Smokewood Shack Smoking Wood Charcoal BBQ:- Light your barbeque in your usual way. When you are ready to start cooking, add a small handful of smoking wood onto the hot coals. For best results BBQ with the lid closed to allow the smoke to fully infuse the food, add more smoking wood if required. Gas BBQ :-Wrap the smoking chips in a double layer of cooking foil, pierce well and place directly onto hot coals, do not place food directly above the wood chips (to avoid over smoking).
