Use: Before grilling the plank approx. 2 hours. Put it in water. Then drain and place directly on the grill. Place the food such as juicy meat, savoury fish and vegetables directly on the plank. Place the cedar wood board on the grate in direct heat for about 5 minutes. When the plank steams – starts crackling, place it in the indirect area.
