Kiln dried Oak 10kg nets have a high calorific value making them long burning and them a perfect choice for log burners. Can be used like night briquettes. Kiln dried oak is great for open fireplaces and a popular smoking wood for pizza ovens because of the distinct Oak flavour loved by everyone. Oak is popular in the UK because when it grows it has a low moisture content and takes less time to dry. These logs are kiln dried so no seasoning is required, they are ready to burn. Always below 20% moisture content on the outside, often less. The log lengths are 25cm making them perfect for all stoves over 5kw.
