Grease Tray

The grease tray captures drips for easy clean-ups. Custom-fit liner pans (sold separately) can be used to capture drips of gravy and other juices.

Smoker Box

Place wood chips in the smoker box to infuse the flavour and get that authentic smokey flavour.
