The special coating of the carpet, made from HT silicone, traps the firing material until it cools down and avoids the temperature to cross the carpet and may damage the floor. This special coating is also water repellent and impermeable, protecting the floor from oil stains and spills or other liquids too. This carpet has been tested in accordance with official regulations ISO 15025 (A1-A2 flame spreading) and EN 20811 (Resistance to water penetration). It is easily cleaned with a wet cloth.
