This is recipe is one of my favorite ways to \u201cdouble smoke\u201d a spiral ham. This acts as a glue for the seasoning. For that I use my The BBQ Rub but not too heavy. I mix brown sugar, honey, and my vinegar bbq sauce and baste it over the top letting it drizzle down into all the nooks and cranny\u2019s! This glaze is sweet but also has a nice acidic balance that goes great on ham. The glaze needs to cook on for about 30 minutes and you\u2019re all done \u2013 It\u2019s that easy. Since the ham is spiral slice cutting it up is a breeze, just use a knife to free it from the bone and arrange the slices on a serving platter. I\u2019ll be the first to tell you it makes some \u201cKiller\u201d BBQ ham sandwiches!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"10224\"
