I also made a quick \u201cBayou Butter\u201d to tops these steaks at the end of the cook. The butter is a mixture of stone ground mustard, more <a href=\"https:\/\/h2qshop.com\/collections\/malcoms-seasonings\/products\/copy-of-malcoms-grande-gringo\">King Craw Cajun seasoning<\/a>, dried parsley and a stick of softened butter. You want the surface temp to be in the 550\u00b0F range for searing. Grill each steak for 90 seconds then rotate 90\u00b0 to create perfect grill marks. Cook for another 90 seconds and flip each steak. Repeat the same cooking process on the back side for a perfectly cook medium rare ribeye. If you want your steak a little more done increase each time by 30 seconds and it\u2019ll turn out medium. To make a pan-dipping sauce place another pat of butter under each steak while they rest. data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"body-color.color\">\n<p><strong>Bayou Butter <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-amount=\"1\">1<\/span> stick Butter \u2013 softened at room temp<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"1\" data-unit=\"tablespoon\">1 Tablespoon<\/span> Creole or Stone Ground Mustard<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"1\" data-unit=\"tablespoon\">1 Tablespoon<\/span> Malcom\u2019s King Craw Cajun Seasoning<\/li>\n<li><span data-amount=\"1\" data-unit=\"teaspoon\">1 teaspoon<\/span> dried Parsley Flakes<\/li>\n<li>Combine butter, mustard, Cajun seasoning and parsley in a bowl. Spread onto plastic wrap and form into a log shape wrapping the plastic wrap tight. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<hr data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"secondary-color.border-color secondary-color.background-color\"\/>\n<div class=\"tasty-recipes-instructions\">\n<p><h3 data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"h3-color.color h3-transform.text-transform\">Instructions<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<div data-tasty-recipes-customization=\"body-color.color\">\n<ol>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-1\">Drizzle ribeyes with olive oil<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Season generously with Cajun seasoning and rest at room temp for 30 minutes<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Prepare charcoal grill for searing at 550 degrees using grill grates.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Place each steak in grill and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Turn steak 90 degrees to a new spot on the grill and continue to cook for 90 more seconds.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Flip both steaks over and repeat the same steps.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">After the last 90 degree turn place a pat of the Bayou Butter on each steak for the final 90 seconds.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-8\">At this point the steaks should be about 125 internal.
