This Bandit BBQ by Azuma is a traditional black steel barrel style barbecue with offset firebox. Perfect for grilling over charcoal or cooking low and slow with the smoker. Based on traditional brick barbecue pits where the fire is built in one chamber and the smoke and heat circulates around the food in another. The meat is cooked slowly and takes on the flavours of the wood smoke. The side firebox has an adjustable vent which lets you control the flow of oxygen to the fire. You can also adjust the vent on the chimney to control the release of smoke from the main chamber. Includes a temperature gauge on the lid of the large cooking chamber. The large main chamber is 71cm long with 1 rack for grilling or smoking. The offset firebox is 35cm long and comes with grilling rack. Charcoal grates are supplied for both chambers. The removable shelf rack at the front is perfect for holding your utensils. The lower rack is ideal for storing serving dishes, plates and bbq sauces.
