Food and Fire – My Outdoor Cooking Book

I hope you’ve been enjoying my Food and Fire book over the summer and it has given you plenty of inspiration to get started on your own BBQ journey. I wrote the book to give people a good start in BBQ, explaining techniques of fire control and cooking techniques, with something from beginner to more advanced outdoor cooks.

It’s blown me away how well it’s been received, so many people enjoying it, and passing copies on to others, sharing the BBQ love. The feedback and reviews have been amazing as well…I’m really very proud.

Hopefully it will inspire people to cook through the year a bit more as well, there are plenty of winter warmer recipes, some of the recipes are proving very popular, such as the smoked pot roast brisket, all the dirty steak recipes, and lots of the very simple recipes such as the nutella rolls and pears in honey.
